Amy Goalen is a California-born photographer, digital artist, and author with a soulful artistic style that takes the viewer on a journey to the heart of her images. With a passion for yoga, dance, and the limitless potential of the physical body she captures her subjects using light and shadows as her paintbrush to create breathtaking artwork for collectors around the world. Her work has been published in a variety of magazines, books, and websites.

Amy’s abilities were cultivated at Brooks Institute of Photography learning the standards of traditional film capture and printing in addition to mastering undersea photography. She eventually transitioned into the digital realm with countless hours being spent creating one of a kind works of art.

Amy has spent over 20 years working as a Commercial and Editorial Photographer, Digital Tech, and professional retoucher. Now, she creates her own unique fine art by traveling around the world connecting with talented individuals to collaborate with and capture people and places the way they’ve never been seen before.
