Finding My Center
"I breathe constantly. The ability to take a deep, conscious breath, is a near constant practice. The most powerful application of yoga was during my darkest days of struggling with Post Traumatic Stress. Stepping onto my mat when all I wanted to do was run to the comfort of a benzodiazepine or whiskey, forcing myself to move, breathe, sweat, invert and then sit with my pissed off demons, gave me a strength that no weight could ever come close to."
