The Language of Connection

AcroYoga is a beautiful expression of two people communicating on a level beyond words. The transfer of masculine and feminine energy is present between the base and the flyer whether the practitioners are male/female, male/male or female/female. It requires strength, flexibility, trust, and vulnerability between the partners. My work with AcroYoga is attempt to capture this powerful energy.
